Abstract


THE FATWAS, SPOKEN POETRY FORMAT IN OTTOMAN AND ITS CONTENTS OF FIQH
Fatwa is giving service to investigate of the provisions of any asked substance by muftis or shaykh al-Islam. This word which was derived from the word feta, expressed a strong answer to a problem that it solves, shaykh al-Islam or Muftis who solve the challenges of the people cited with the title mufti’l-enam. The fatwa books on many issues contain important information and documents. A period of five centuries in the Ottoman Empire served 129 shaykh al-Islam and their fatwas in the difficult issues was most referenced sources. They are also in verse between fatwas of Shaykh al-Islams and these fatwas in the fatwa books have been involved in a situation of ornamental and spice. These fatwas which were written by Shaykh al-Islams each of them is a poet of diwan in terms of shape and substance from other fatwas not allocated a special form of expression and there have not been handled. Only, in terms of meter and rhyme in a carefully supervised, and specifically used the word and compound word can be said that strikes the eye. In addition, in these fatwas move some of the Arabic grammar pedestals that it highlights the literary arts. The purpose of this fatwas is the answer to a question of fiqh, the literary arts and already can not wait for the implementation of other art shows. In this article these fatwas be introduced in terms of fiqh and literary.
